Property Updates & Photos (Updates/Photos Added Routinely)

4/15/2015 -  The first order of business is to restore power to the residence. Due to vandalism the electric meter has been damaged. We will be upgrading the electric panel.

4/17/2015 - We want the floor plan to be more open. To achieve this the wall between the dining room and kitchen will be removed. The kitchen will feel bigger and there will be better flow.

4/18/2015 - The roof will be a complete tear off with new plywood and composition laid.

4/19/2015 - The back bathroom is being taken out to be enlarged. The cabinets are being removed for new ones.

4/20/2015 - The plywood is on, ready for inspection. The new roof will be on in the next day.

4/21/2015 - The new composition roof is on and looking good.

4/22/2015 - In the older homes with outdated and deteriorating bathrooms we tear out the shower and replace the plumbing and create a new modern looking bathroom.

4/24/2015 - Safety and quality are top priority. We never cut corners. The furnace works, but has a cracked heat exchanger. This can be dangerous because it has the potential of carbon monoxide leaking into the attic. Therefore we replaced the furnace.

5/1/2015 - The exterior is being repaired and prepped for new paint.

5/4/2015 - The exterior is painted. Eventually new windows will be put in making the house really stand out.

5/6/2015 - The exterior Door is installed.

5/10/2015 - The new larger full bathroom and closet are framed out.

5/12/2015 - The ceiling in the back room was paneling that was well worn. This was removed and replaced with a drywall ceiling that will be textured.

5/16/2015 - The new bathroom gets drywall.

5/21/2015 - The front will receive new sprinklers and grass.

5/24/2015 - This property has bathrooms. One has a walk in shower. The other has a bath tub. Both will be tiled to match each other.

5/29/2015 - This house will get carpet in the rooms and then a tile that looks like hardwood throughout the house. Beginning to lay the "hardwood tile"

6/2/2015 - Kitchen cabinets and countertops are installed. We are using an oversized porcelain tile that looks very much like granite.

6/5/2015 - Bathroom vanities are installed with countertops

6/10/2015 - Finishing the carpentry. Crown molding in the big room in the back and baseboards throughout the house. Here you can also see the new textured ceiling.

6/14/2015 - Unfortunately, when we purchased the house the condensing unit was stolen. We replaced the unit and because the house is vacant we put the unit in a cage for extra security.

All Done! We have an accepted offer on the house. Before and after pictures follow.
